چکیده

Population and pollution make notable contributions to introducing novel sophisticated techniques. From vehicles industries, the release of CO2 into atmosphere wastewater running water streams are key concerns. On other hand, population is responsible for rapid manufacturing all commercial goods. Microalgae only answer accessible aforementioned difficulties. Similar plants, microalgae need light thrive produce a variety bioproducts such as carbohydrates, protein, lipids, vitamins, sterols, pigments, silica. Physical (light, temperature, CO2, UV), chemical (nutrient addition or depletion), enzymatic, metabolic pathway reconfiguration, well indoor outdoor growing, highly regarded among several optimization strategies desired products. Wastewater rectified by growing in nutrient-rich organic their growth, which used accelerate bioproducts. This review considers use food, animal aquatic feed, fertilizer, biofuel, medicinal nutraceutical sectors. paper also provides different strategies, include physical means extraction methods enhancing bioactive Challenges future recommendations target discussed overcome environmental issues.

Down Syndrome: Current Status, Challenges and Future Perspectives

Down syndrome (DS) is a birth defect with huge medical and social costs, caused by trisomy of whole or part of chromosome 21. It is the most prevalent genetic disease worldwide and the common genetic cause of intellectual disabilities appearing in about 1 in 400-1500 newborns. Although the syndrome had been described thousands of years before, it was named after John Langdon Down who described ...

Current status and perspectives of genome editing technology for microalgae

Genome editing techniques are critical for manipulating genes not only to investigate their functions in biology but also to improve traits for genetic engineering in biotechnology. Genome editing has been greatly facilitated by engineered nucleases, dubbed molecular scissors, including zinc-finger nuclease (ZFN), TAL effector endonuclease (TALEN) and clustered regularly interspaced palindromic...

Hydrolysis of Lignocellulosic Biomass: Current Status of Processes and Technologies and Future Perspectives

Bioethanol can be produced from several different biomass feedstocks: sucrose rich feedstocks (e.g. sugar-cane), starchy materials (e.g. corn grain), and lignocellulosic biomass. This last category, including biomass such as corn stover and wheat straw, woody residues from forest thinning and paper, is promising especially in those countries with limited lands availability. In fact, residues ar...

Plant Secretomes: Current status and future perspectives

Plant secreted proteins have biological functions which are important in the formation of cell walls, cellular communication, and defense against pathogens. We analyzed 1704 secreted proteins from a total of 22513 plant proteins, all of which were manually curated and annotated in the UniProt database. Of the secreted plant proteins analyzed, 55% and 13% are curated from Arabidopsis thaliana an...
